Staying organized and achieving your goals are essential for administrators and content editors. Use the To-Do List to manage your tasks and commitments effectively.
Activating the To-Do List tool
Activate the To-Do List tool with these simple steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Plugins.
- Locate the To-Do List plugin and activate it with a single click.
- Once activated, you'll find the To-Do List tool in the header of your ReadyCMS instance.
Adding new tasks
Add tasks to your list by following these steps:
- Type in the title of the task you wish to set a reminder for.
- Click the `Add` button to include the task in your list.
Tip: Pressing Enter works too!
- After inputting the task, click the green Save icon to update your To-Do list.
When you log into your account, your personalized To-Do list is readily accessible. View your completed tasks by selecting the Show completed tasks button.
Marking tasks as completed
Complete tasks with these steps:
- Click the checkbox next to the task.
- The task will then be marked as completed and hidden from the active list.
- To delete a task, click the trash icon on its right.
- Don't forget to click the green Save button to store your changes.
Remember to save your changes
Ensure that you click the Save button after making edits. Your changes are only stored once you've saved them.
