How to delete ReadyCMS account / how to disable the subscription

There may come a time when you need to either disable your subscription or delete your account with ReadyCMS. Below, you’ll find detailed instructions for each process and the implications to consider before taking these steps.

How do I cancel my paying subscription?
We will be sorry to see you go, but you can cancel at any time. If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid-up subscription period, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again.

Disabling your subscription

If you need to pause your use of ReadyCMS temporarily, disabling your subscription is a straightforward process:

  1. Login: Access your account by signing in with your credentials.
  2. Navigate: Go to Account Settings and select Subscription Center.
  3. Billing history: In the billing history section click the Cancel subscription button.

  4. Confirm: Complete the cancelation process by confirming your choice.

What happens next?

  • Your account will become inactive, but all your data will be preserved.
  • You won't be billed during the period your subscription is disabled.
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time to resume using ReadyCMS.

Deleting your ReadyCMS account

Deleting your account is a permanent action and should be considered carefully:

  1. Backup your data: Ensure that you have saved all necessary data from your account before deletion.
  2. Request account deletion: Contact our support team directly to initiate the deletion process.
