Changing order status

It is highly important to properly update your orders. Monitor the progress of the order, from the moment when the potential customer adds the product to the shopping cart, until the moment when the goods reach that customer and the payment is made, and change the status accordingly.

How to change the status of the order

  1. Sign in to your ReadyCMS account
  2. Go to the Shop > Orders > All orders

  3. You will see the list of orders on the Orders page

  4. Click on the Edit button of the order which status you want to change
  5. Click the drop-down Status menu on the Order edit page

  6. Select the new status

  7. Click the Save button to confirm changes
