If you're having trouble accessing your account or having sign-in issues while having two-factor authentication activated, we're here to help. Reach out to our support team via your registered email for prompt assistance.

Why is my account locked?

Your account itself isn't locked, but certain situations might lead to access issues:

  • Lost or deleted 2FA app:
    If you no longer have access to your 2FA app or inadvertently deleted it without disabling 2FA on ReadyCMS, you may be unable to access your account.
  • Lost or stolen phone:
    Losing your phone or having it stolen can also prevent account access, especially if your 2FA app was installed on the device.

Quick note:
Your account might also be locked due to reasons such as security concerns or subscription-related matters. In such cases, a sign-in message will notify you when attempting to access your account.
