ReadyCMS provides the tools you need to capture, track, and engage with leads, all integrated into your online business platform.
Leads can come from various sources, such as forms on your website, newsletter signups, social networks, or user registration. ReadyCMS collates this information, allowing you to monitor and interact with your leads through the CMS.
How to manage leads in ReadyCMS
- Login: Sign in to your ReadyCMS account.
- Access leads: Leads are directly accessible from the main navigation bar, ensuring you can quickly view and manage potential customer interactions.
- Enabling new lead types: To enable additional lead content types:
- Navigate to
Settings
>Content types
. - Select
Add content type
. - Choose
Leads
to create a new lead capture form or management tool.

Managing individual leads

- Access the lead: Select the one you wish to edit from the list of specific leads.
- Edit lead details: You can update the lead’s title and message to reflect the latest communication or status of the lead.
- Marking importance: Use the
Starred
feature to highlight leads that require immediate attention or represent significant opportunities. - Lead source tracking: To better understand your lead generation effectiveness, specify the source of each lead.
The source information can be entered manually or populated via the API for accurate tracking.
- Internal notes: Use the notes section to add relevant information to assist in the lead follow-up process. These notes are internal and won't be visible to the lead.
- Marking importance: Use the
