Filters are available globally in ReadyCMS — whether you’re working with products, orders, events, or reports. The new filtering system is designed to save time, reduce mistakes, and create a smooth user experience.
The filter panel now has a unified design and looks and behaves the same throughout the platform. You no longer need to switch between different layouts, which makes navigation predictable and easier to learn.

With a modern, mobile-friendly design, the filter drawer is sleek and responsive and works seamlessly on any screen size. It’s easy to expand, collapse, and interact with filters on both desktop and mobile.
Whenever a filter is applied, a blue filter icon appears with a number showing the number of filters active. This keeps your filtering context visible at all times and prevents confusion from “invisible filters” that affect results.

Example: A filter bar shows the number of active filters alongside the search field, search icon, and layout and sorting controls.
Filtering options
Filtering options in ReadyCMS can be grouped into two categories: general options, which are available across most content types, and page-specific options, which adapt to the context of the page you’re on.
This approach ensures consistency while also providing flexibility for specialized workflows.
General filtering options (common across modules)
These are the options that the most content types possess (the exception would be the e-commerce content pages, such as Products, Orders, etc., that have their own filtering options that are beneficial to them):
- Category – Filter content by one or more assigned categories.
- Tag – Narrow down results using tags for finer grouping.
- Language – Show items available in a specific language.
- Status – Filter content by publication state (e.g., Published, Draft, Archived).
Tip: Quick filter shortcuts such as "Not shipped" or "Not completed" let you apply common conditions instantly, without repetitive steps.
- Sort & Order – Adjust how results are displayed, such as ascending/descending by title, date, or price.
- Advanced filter options – Access specialized fields depending on the module (e.g., stock alerts, product flags).
Page-specific filtering options (shop-related pages)
In addition to the general filters, ReadyCMS provides context-specific options that appear on e-commerce–related pages such as Products, Orders, Inventory history, Reports, and others. These filters are tailored to the data type, giving you precise control over how results are displayed.
Products
Products have all the general filtering options with the addition of filtering by:
- Manufacturer – Show products from selected suppliers or brands.

Orders
Orders can be filtered by several other options not present in the general filters:
- Date – Filter by creation date or within a date range.
Tip: Quick filter shortcuts such as “Today,” or “Last 7 days,” let you apply common conditions instantly, without repetitive steps.
- Product & Variation – Find orders containing a specific product or variant.
- Payment types – Narrow by payment methods (card, cash, transfer, etc.).
- Payment status – Show orders by payment state (Paid, Unpaid, Refunded).
- Delivery type – Filter orders by delivery method (e.g., courier, pickup).
- Assigned manager – View orders handled by a specific manager.

Multi-select support
You can now apply more than one value within a single filter field. This is especially useful for:
- Selecting multiple Categories
- Filtering by more than one Tag
- Choosing several Manufacturers

This feature allows broader or more precise filtering, especially when analyzing large product ranges.
How it works
To filter data in ReadyCMS, open the filter panel located at the top-right of any content type page. From there, you can apply one or more conditions to refine your results.
- Filter: Open the filter panel by clicking the filter icon (next to the search bar)
- Pick: Select one or multiple values within a filter field.
- Save: After picking one or more options, click the
Filterbutton to save. - Active filter indicators: Active filters are always visible via the blue indicator in the toolbar.
- Reset: Collapse or clear filters anytime to reset your search.
Tip: Every filter panel includes a
Resetbutton that clears all applied filters in one click, making it simple to start over.
This filtering system is consistent across modules, helping you manage data faster and with fewer mistakes.
