The Email dashboard in ReadyCMS empowers you to manage your email communications effectively.

It consists of two tabs:

  1. Email: The Email tab lists emails with details such as subjects, addresses, statuses, and creation times.
  2. Analytics: The Analytics tab offers insights into your email performance over the past 30 days, including the total number of emails and their statuses for various time frames.

Email tab

The Email tab is a repository for emails you send and offers a comprehensive view of your email communications. Here's what you can find on this tab:

  • Subjects: Easily identify the purpose of each email, whether it's an order confirmation for eCommerce or any other type of communication.
  • Addresses: You can set up multiple email addresses to track which recipients received specific emails.
  • Status: Monitor the status of your emails, whether they are sent, queued for sending, or encountered errors.
  • Time of creation: View the date and time each email was created.

Analytics tab

The Analytics tab provides valuable insights into your email performance over the past month. Here's what you can do with this analytical dashboard:

  • Total emails: Track the total emails sent and their respective statuses.
  • Time periods: Analyze your email performance for today, yesterday, this month, last month, this year, and last year.

The email dashboard provides a centralized view of email-related activities within ReadyCMS. It features sections for managing email templates, campaigns, and email settings. The interface is designed to streamline email communication management, with clear options for creating, editing, and tracking email performance, ensuring efficient handling of business communications.

Any email sent using ReadyCMS is logged in the system, allowing you to review all emails sent in the previous 30 days.

Keep in mind: Queued emails are sent in bulk, with a sending limit of 10 emails per minute.

To access the Email dashboard, follow these simple steps:

  1. Login: Sign in to your ReadyCMS account.
  2. Navigate: Go to the Email dashboard by selecting Home from the main menu and then choose Emails from the drop-down menu.
